The time has come for you to start to gain the freedom to live your life peacefully. When you learn techniques of awareness of self, in the moment and work on the awareness, then stress has no place in your thoughts.
There is no knowledge in the world that is better than self knowledge. Without self knowledge you are just another person repeating someone else's knowledge. It is that simple.
There is nothing to follow; this is not a 10 step program. All of this knowledge is information that comes from within you. You learn how to become aware of you, moment to moment.
In order to understand the effects of stress it is necessary to first gain an understanding of how stress works in your life.
It all starts with you, your mind and how you think. Your thoughts are yours and no one has the ability to touch your mind or thoughts, they can't! Sure they can touch you physically, but in no way can they touch or tap into your thoughts or your mind. Only you |
